In Yoga we use breath work (pranayama) with postures (asana) to create a mind/body class, leaving you energised, strengthened, lengthened and calm

I teach Hatha Yoga, a gentle but challenging practice where we can delve deep into each posture and enjoy the mental and physical benefits
