Pilates is a series of exercises developed in the 20th Century by Joseph Pilates who named his method  Contrology.  If practised with consistency, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body

My journey in Pilates began in August 2015 when I completed a beginners course, the first stage of a full Diploma in Mat based Pilates. I am now a fully qualified Level 3 Pilates Instructor and specialise in pre and post natal Pilates
